WWE Announces The Death Of Umaga

The WWE website issued the following statement on Friday evening:
Umaga passes
WWE would like to express its deepest condolences to Mr. Fatu’s family, friends and fans on his tragic passing. Mr. Fatu was under contract with WWE at various time periods and most recently performed under the name “Umaga.” Mr. Fatu’s contract was terminated on June 11, 2009.
We Also would like to express our deepest condolences to Mr Fatu’s family for this terrible loss.

Im sorry but if he was dead it would be on the news like chris benoit, i think the wwe just say that to the fans cause they he is never coming back

Mr “The Rock”, the WWE runs many storylines, etc, some tacky, and some downright distasteful, but when it comes to death, they are open and honest. NO details, just sincere condolences to the persons families. THAT is nothing to be joked about regardless of whether that person would ever renew their contract. I wish the best for Umaga’s family.
