Trish Stratus Speaks Out on Yoga, Her New TV Show

Former WWE Diva and current TV personality Trish Stratus has established her very own yoga studio, appropriately dubbed “Stratusphere”. There will be an open house held today, located in The Village at Vaughan Mills, 255 Bass Pro Mills Drive.

Stratus tells her fans, “I practise every day and I got my (teaching) certification, but I’m not going to be teaching right away, because we have some senior teachers who really are fabulous,” Stratus said. “I’m kind of selfish because I still want to be in the back, just learning from these people. But after a while I’ll put in some ‘Stratusfaction’ classes here and there.”

Stratus has also been keeping busy filming a new travel TV series — also called Stratusphere strangely — that will air on the Travel channel and Discovery HD late this summer.

“I’m travelling all over the world, kicking ass,” Stratus says with a laugh. “Well, that’s kind of a loose definition. But it’s a perfect fit.”
