Great News: Stacy Keibler Attending 1st Wrestling Convention Since Departure

Former WWE Diva, and current celebrity, Stacy Keibler will be doing her 1st wrestling convention since leaving the WWE this December 6 & 7 in East Hanover, New Jersey. Joining her is WWE Superstar Andrew “Test” Martin at the convention, the recently released Elijah Burke, Stacy “Miss Kitty” Carter (who turned up at her first wrestling-related event in seven years this past September), Ryan Shamrock, Jackie Haas, Carmel “Miss Jones” Macklin (the former manager of Ernest “The Cat” Miller in WCW), Leticia Cline, Shawn Stasiak, Roxxi Laveaux, Juventud Guerrera, and Terry Taylor. There’s an all-star lineup for us wrestling fans.

Update: The Ultimate Warrior vs WWE Legal Battle

Ultimate Warrior Returns

SLAM! Wrestling has an article on Ultimate Warrior’s autograph signing on Sunday where he dressed up in his traditional Ultimate Warrior gear. Like we said before, the signing took place at the Marriott hotel in Uniondale, NY, right next to the venue of WWE’s Great American Bash pay-per-view held later that same day.

Bruno Lauer, probably best known as former WWF manager Harvey Wippleman, now working as a road agent, arrived and hung up a cease and desist letter from World Wrestling Entertainment, so even the fans could read it. The WWE felt that The Ultimate Warrior is just using the attention and good name of World Wrestling Entertainment to attract fans to his signing.

WWE Tries Stopping Ultimate Warrior with Legal Letter Over Signing

Ultimate Warrior Returns

Former WWF Champion The Ultimate Warrior made a signing appearance yesterday at the Marriot in Uniondale, Long Island – which, coincidentally, was right next to the Nassau Coliseum prior to yesterday’s WWE Great American Bash PPV. The signing drew about 100-150 fans, paying a minimum of per autograph.

Well the Ultimate Warrior’s appearance got the attention of WWE’s legal team, who actually tried to prevent it from happening. WWE sent The Ultimate Warrior legal letters trying to get him to stop the signing, which clearly did not do much. WWE feels that Warrior was trying to capitalize on their publicity by holding the signing next door to their PPV.
