Well we finally have pictures of the temptress Christiane Plante as well as more celebrity gossip about the divorce.
TMZ.com, a celebrity news site, has posted an update to the Hulkster’s divorce saga. As it turns out, Linda is now trying to legally prevent the Hulk from getting their son, Nick, involved in what she’s describing as the “messy matters of divorce”.

Linda has recently filed documents with the court claiming Hulk is using Nick to deliver messages about the divorce. On top of this, Hulk is telling secrets that he didn’t want her to know about. Linda is also saying their marital problems are causing Nick to become “withdrawn and conflicted.”

The Future Ex-Mrs Hogan added that she most likely will not be selling their home, but alleges that Hulk was telling Nick that without selling, there possibly could be a “negative outcome” in Nick’s pending criminal case. Mrs Hogan wants the court to prevent Hulk from talking to their son about the divorce.

So who is this bombshell of a girl that cause the Hulk to lose his marriage? Christiane Plante is her name, and this is what she looks like! Hulk, what were you thinking??

Reportedly, the Hulkster had an affair while he was with his wife Linda. This in turn prompted her to file for the divorce from him we told you about earlier. But what makes this story even more wild is that the Hulk allegedly had this affair with one of his daughter Brooke’s closest friends.

Christiane Plante, is her name. She’s a 33 year old who helped Brooke with her album in 2006. She told The National Enquirer about the affair. Christiane said:

“My relationship with Terry [Hulk Hogan] began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending.
She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed. Terry is a good man, good father and a good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong.”

“Having felt the guilt and pain build up, I gave a note to Brooke apologising for my actions.
I will never be able to fully forgive myself for this. I have lost an amazing friend.”

So she felt so bad that only a paid confession to the National Enquirer eases her conscious? The alleged affair happened while the family was still shooting “Hogan Knows Best,” their reality TV show.

As one would imagine, Brooke is quite distraught over the situation. She posted this as blog entries on her official MySpace page:

When your best friend and one of your closest family members that you have loved unconditionally since your first day on this earth, betrays you together, you could MAYBE find it in yourself to forgive one day… but you will NEVER forget the hurt they caused you and how it hurt the people who mean the most to you…its the worst feeling in the world to be betrayed. And worse to know you can never trust the one you should be able to…

We recently discovered that Linda Bollea’s (Hulk Hogan’s soon to be ex wife) motion to freeze the Hulkster’s assets has been turned down. The Judge, George Greer, has set a hearing on February 28th to discuss the issues. Not only is she going after the money, Linda also wants Hulk to be barred from being able to enter the Bellaire mansion and Clearwater beach house without her permission. The Bellaire mansion is the one we see on VH-1 reality series “hogan knows best” No ruling has been set on this.

The newspaper The Tampa Tribune is reporting that Mrs Hulk Hogan, Linda Bollea, is accusing her husband Hulk Hogan of “legal shenanigans” in a court filing this week. Linda claimsed that her husband The Hulkster tried to get her to sign a post-nuptial agreement. She is also saying he is hiding $10 million in a 2007 real estate transaction from her.

Linda has even gone so far as to ask a judge to freeze Hulk Hogan’s assets – including any money from the real estate sale transaction in question; apparently a residence in FL.
Linda asked for a temporary injunction in her emergency motion filing.

Bollea is claiming that Hulk took her to Tampa attorney Les Barnett last summer believing that Barnett would help them to do “real estate planning.” Instead, Bollea says that Barnett and Hulk presented her with post-nuptial agreement to sign. (Happy anniversary honey?) She says she was deceived and gave away confidential divorce information in the session which led to her filing for divorce from the Hulkster.

She has admitted to removing approximately $1.5 million from their joint bank accounts after noticing what she’s claiming is “suspicious behavior” by her husband last year. Bollea swears that the money that was taken out of their accounts had been placed into a limited liability corporation (LLC) and the only person who can access the funds is … Eric Bischoff.
All we can say is “is this the face of someone who does legal shenanigans?….
